Five Kinds of SENTENCE in English language?

Kinds of sentence?
A sentence has FOUR following kinds as per its STRUCTURE :
I) Simple sentence
II) complex sentence
III) compound sentence
IV) Mixed sentence.
However, a sentence has FIVE following kinds as per its Meaning? <The tone of the speaker's voice plays a great role in deciding the meaning of a sentence>
I) Declarative /Assertive /informative
II) Imperative /Jussive
III) Interrogative /Investigative
IV) Exclamatory /sentimental
V) Optative /invocative
I) Assertive sentence :
It simply states something. It gives information about a fact, opinion, event, feeling, incident, belief, history or anything . Most of the sentences in English language are assertive. It ends in FULL STOP (.) . It has two kinds : POSITIVE, NEGATIVE.
EXAMPLES of Assertive sentence :
{SUBJECT..... PREDICATE}
The EARTH.... moves round the sun.+
I............. like wrestling.+
A bomb........ exploded in Paris.+
I...... believe in the higher power.+
Akbar....... was an emperor.+
You....... are not honest.-
I....... don't like daily soaps.-
Il) Imperative sentence : It gives instructions or advice. It also expresses a command, order, direction , entreaty or request. It omits SUBJECT. it ends in FULL STOP (.) or QUESTION MARK(?) .The Words "Kindly" and "PLEASE" are also used at times.
EXAMPLES of imperative sentence :
{Imperative sentence omits SUBJECT usually . Only predicate is shown}
SUBJECT...... PREDICATE
*..... Shut the door. (command)
*...... Please shut the door. (Request)
*..... Lend me your pen (Request)
*...... Define Gravitation? (Order)
*..... Kindly, help me. (Request)
* SUBJECT within PREDICATE in imperative sentence :
* May (I) use your pen? (Exception)
III) Interrogative sentence : It asks a direct question and ends in a Question Mark. (?). Its SUBJECT comes within its PREDICATE.
Examples:
Who are you? (WH-Question)
Where do you live? (WH-Question)
Do you like English language? (yes/No Question)
You like tea, don't you? (Taq question)
Do you like milk or tea? (Alternative question)
Can a cat fly? ( Rhetorical Question)
Who the hell is he? (Emphatic question)
Explain civil war? (Imperative Question)
She asked me if I was single. (Indirect Question)
Informal interrogative sentence: It is like ASSERTIVE or IMPERATIVE in form but ends in a question mark (?) E. G.
You challenge me?
It is pure milk?
Define gravitation?
IV) Exclamatory sentence : It expresses a sudden and intense excitement, disgust, admiration, shock, joy or sorrow, etc. It ends in a note of exclamation (!). It formally starts with WHAT and How. Its SUBJECT comes within its PREDICATE. It contains the following words sometimes :
Wow!
Brilliant!
Awesome!
Ouch!
Amazing!
Bravo!
Fantastic!
Tremendous!
Sheesh!
Geronimo!
Timber!
Eureka
Hooray!
Wowsers!
Gosh!
Jeepers!
Magnificent!
Unbelievable!

What a fine scene it is!
Sheesh, How tall he is!
Stop!
Informal Exclamatory sentence : It is like ASSERTIVE or IMPERATIVE or INTERROGATIVE in form. E. G.
You love me!
Do you really love me!
Love me!
V) Optative sentence : It expresses a prayer, wish or curse. It starts with ‘may’ and ‘wish’. Sometimes, ‘may’ remains hidden. Its SUBJECT comes within its PREDICATE. It ends in an exclamatory mark (!).
Examples:
May you learn English language!
Wish you a happy journey!
Informal optative sentence examples :
God bless you!
Bye!
I wish Pakistan had won the match!
Happy birthday!
Live long!
